Format of meeting by conference call is being conducted in order to comply with social distancing guidelines due to the COVID-19 outbreak and intended to follow the authorization of Executive Order No. 20-36 issued by Governor Ricketts on November 25, 2020 and by Executive Order No. 21-02 issued by Governor Ricketts on January 11, 2021.

Citizens have the right under the Open Meetings Act to attend and speak at all meetings of public bodies.  Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 20-36 & 21-02 this meeting will be held in the Council Chambers for Board Members, Council Members, Mayor, City Superintendent, City Clerk/Treasurer, City Attorney, and the general public, however, members of the public may attend this meeting via video conference or teleconference (details on both listed below):
