Format of meeting by conference call is being conducted in order to comply with social distancing guidelines due to the COVID-19 outbreak and intended to follow the authorization of Executive Order No. 20-24 issued by Governor Ricketts on May 19, 2020 extending the guidelines of Executive Order No. 20-03 until June 30, 2020.
Citizens have the right under the Open Meetings Act to attend and speak at all meetings of public bodies. Pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order No. 20–03 and 20-24 this meeting will be held in Council Chambers for Council Members, Mayor, City Superintendent, City Clerk and City Attorney and the general public with the maximum of 10 persons in the Council Chambers, however, members of the public may attend this meeting via videoconference or teleconference (details on both listed below):
