COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
CITY OF GRANT, NEBRASKA
March 20, 2010
Mayor Michael Wyatt convened a council retreat of the Council of the City of Grant, Nebraska in open and public session on March 20, 2010 at 8:10 a.m. Notice of this council retreat was given in advance by publication in the Grant Tribune Sentinel, the City’s designated method for giving notice, March 11, 2010, and members of the City Council and a copy of their Acknowledgment of Receipt and the Agenda are attached to these minutes. Availability of the Agenda was communicated in the advance notice and in the notice to the Mayor and Council of this meeting. All proceedings hereafter shown were recorded while said meeting was open to the attendance of the public.
Mayor Wyatt announced the posting of the Open Meetings Act and its location.
Roll call: Present Council members: Pick, Pierce, Pofahl and Mayor Wyatt. Absent: Hansen
Others present: City Administrator Tyson McGreer, City Clerk/Treasurer Jessie Faber, Facilitator Corrinne Pedersen, et al.

Goal Setting and Planning Facilitated by Corrinne Pedersen – Brain storming and discussion took place on city items to begin the goal setting process. Ann Burge came at 10:00 a.m. and gave a presentation on housing for the housing portion of the council retreat.
Council Member, Dennis Hansen arrived at the council retreat at 10:14 a.m.
Mayor Wyatt adjourned this meeting of the Grant City Council at 1:02 P.M
